How to Book
Although holidays are intended to inspire relaxation, the process of
booking a holiday can often be complicated and difficult. Here at
Hewenden we like to keep things simple – prices, booking procedures
and arrival arrangements are all designed for your convenience.
All prices are inclusive of tax, fuel, towels and bed linen and there
are many other additional items available at no extra cost (please
see the form below for a drop down list).

Booking Hewenden
Step 1:
Decide upon your dates.
Step 2:
Check availability on-line,
e-mail the form below or just phone us on 01535 274259.
Step 3:
Pay a £50 deposit on a credit or debit card over the phone
or a cheque within 7 days. The remainder is due on your arrival.
Step 4:
A written confirmation of your booking will be sent along with a map.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your booking we will refund your
deposit and we hope to see you another time.
Arriving at Hewenden
Mondays and Fridays are our main days for arrivals, allowing guests
to stay for either a week, mid- week or weekend break. If these days
do not fit in with your travel plans, please phone or email us and we
will do our best to accommodate you – flexibility is our middle name.
We are happy to welcome guests any time from 4pm - for those arriving
after 6pm we ask that you phone us with an estimated time of arrival.
Staying in Hewenden
For the enjoyment of all our guests we would ask that a few
guidelines are observed whilst in the valley.
We would rather that smoking was kept outside the cottages
for the comfort of future guests.
So as not to upset the local farmers we do not accept pets
(except for guide dogs).
Occasional damage is unavoidable. If you break something
please tell us and we will try to put things right with the
least cost or inconvenience to you or the people following.
Leaving Hewenden
Our enthusiastic team of cleaners take a real pride in
maintaining our high standards. To help them in their endeavours
we ask that guests leave the property by 10am and that it is
left in a tidy condition. Keys can be handed back in to
reception or, where an early morning get away is planned,
posted back into the property. Saying goodbye to our guests
is very important to us - we find that it makes it so much
nicer when our guests return to say hello.
